Kimberly Y. Erwin is a distinguished leader with a robust background in intercultural communication and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She holds a Master of Science degree in Intercultural Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and French from Spelman College, a prestigious Historically Black College and University (HBCU).As the founder of InterCultural Connect, LLC, and owner of OneUniversal Media (1UNIM), Kimberly leads iCAMP (InterCultural Connect Academy & Municipal Platform), empowering entrepreneurs through media to enhance their brand visibility and foster strategic networking. iCAMP provides a tailored ecosystem for entrepreneurial growth and community support across diverse industries.During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kimberly's exploration of online tech applications, spurred by her initiative to bring "A Children's Book: Ending Racism!" to market, inspired the creation of aiBoss.US. This 1UNIM enterprise offers Software as a Service (SaaS) technology reviews, serving as a vital pre-market resource.Kimberly's career includes significant roles in communications, notably as a dedicated radio host and programmer at WGXC 90.7 FM, where she uses her platform to address cultural inequities and support entrepreneurs such as herself through her show, RACE TALKS® and with the New York State Assembly, facilitating effective online communication for its membership and Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic and Asian Caucus.Her international experience includes serving as an international journalist, interviewing heads of government and for the island of St. Kitts & Nevis’ largest media enterprise and WHU—Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, the nation’s first private business school. Stateside, she has held cultural leadership and teaching positions in major U.S. cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, and Miami, alongside administrative roles as Director at colleges and universities in Kentucky and New York.
