Worked cross functionally to communicate and plan tradeshows for GE Healthcare. Planning involved end to end management of tradeshows to raise brand awareness, produce qualified leads, increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Managed $1M+ budgets; tracked all metrics for tradeshows. Led two event managers who planned and executed smaller exhibits and events to ensure rigor and best practices. Collaborated with global counter parts to ensure booth layouts, space usage, and best practice tools such as iLeads and resource schedulers were used consistently across all tradeshows.-Project managed upwards of 10 complex tradeshows across GE Healthcare/Healthcare IT, including leading build outs of 5,200 - 14,000 square foot booths at the business’ largest tradeshows. -Led exhibit hall strategy discussions for GE Healthcare’s Centricity LIVE annual conference that attracts over 1,000 attendees and over 40 sponsors. -Worked with field marketing to generate annual tradeshow calendar, set lead goals and develop post event campaigns.
