Hello! My name is Kimberly Fonseca and I was born, raised, and reside in the Sacramento area. I am a graduate from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business.About my background, I attended a small, private high school and graduated with a 4.25 GPA earning the coveted title of "Salutatorian". A dedicated student athlete, I played almost every sport and learned many valuable lessons along the way. After high school, I attended a local community college, earning my Associates in Natural Science. I made President's Honor Roll every semester all while working retail at Kohl's. I started a Mary Kay business while determining my next step. I now know the ins and outs of running a small business including keeping track of expenses, filing documents, preparing taxes, processing customer transactions, providing extraordinary customer service, holding professional business presentations, cold calling, lead generation, and the list goes on. I promoted myself to the top 6% of the company as a Red Jacket before deciding to take a step back to finish my education.I applied to Starbucks with the sole purpose of going back to school to earn my Bachelor's degree in Business Communications. Through the Starbucks College Achievement plan, I was able to complete this goal on a full ride scholarship, graduating with the highest designation of Summa Cum Laude.I have a passion for helping others which is why I have always held jobs related to client services and have volunteered for multiple organizations and causes throughout the years.
