• Project Management: Manages for both Government and Internal Research & Development funded programs for the Data Link Integration department. Projects budgets’ ranging from $10M to $200K. Consistently leads teams of 30+ software and system engineers. Responsible for multiple simultaneous projects’ Scope, Schedule, Budget, Staffing, Risks, Stakeholders, Customers, Processes and Quality. Managed customer & internal scope and budget changes to provide alternative solutions saving over $500K in scope growth.• Technical: Leads new highly complex JAVA & C++ software development projects. Utilizes creative thinking ability to achieve project goals. Adapts to fast changing scope and technical issues to resolve technical problems and keep project moving. • Communication: Bridges the gap between stakeholders (Customers, Program-business and Engineering-technical) to achieve agreements and keep program on track. Conducts customer & management facing Monthly Project Reviews reporting project’s status, risks, performance & Earned Value (CPI – budget & SPI – schedule). • Budget, Schedule & Risk: Manages project budgets, including planning budget, working with third-party subcontract management, reporting budget status via monthly Earned Value management (CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC). Creates and maintains the project’s IMS (Integrated Master Schedule), resources and critical path using MS Project. Assigns resources in highly-matrix and multi-location organization. Manages & mitigates project risks using Risk Management process. • Customer Pursuits: Leads pursuits for new projects. Manages development of the customer bids - budget and proposal documents, Risk identification, staffing demand trends, creation of software development plans and master project schedule.

• Responsible for Customer Problem resolution. Gathered resources across multiple functional areas (customer support, technical management, development and business management), motivated team to resolved customer problems for successful product deployments and resolve competing priorities among critical customer issues. • Coordinated integration of over 50 new development projects into the existing T9000 product. Responsible for scheduling using MS Project the new project rollouts to reduce problems with existing product functionality and identify project risks such as project changes to core functionality as to not disrupt the deadline or quality. • Served as project team lead for new software applications development from requirements through testing phases of SDLC. Led cross-functional team of ten engineers (domestic and off-shore) through requirements definition, object oriented design, development, test and product deployment of new software applications. Managed project schedule, scope, and quality enabling on-time successful completion. Responsible for status meetings, identifying & reporting project risks and finished product quality. Developed new VoIP - SIP and switching applications utilizing Object Oriented design, C++ and Java on UNIX.

• Led teams of software engineers through design, C & Assembly development, test and support of multiple call processing applications (Caller ID, CDMA Authentication, Generic Number) for Class 4 CDMA cellular switch. • Assigned and scheduled engineers for resolution of customer problems as CCB team member. Coordinated with engineers to determine best and quickest way to resolve customer issues.• Managed software development environment using Clearcase for over 50 engineers.
