My passion for real estate started when I stayed up late feeding my newborn and watching infomercials on TV about tax deed sales. One year later, in a declining market, I flipped my first house. The profit came in the form of experience and the start of a new career path that would take me places that only live in other’s dreams. My real estate journey started as an investor turned real estate agent, turned broker. I started my own company in 2016 and now average around 45 agents. My education degree came in handy as I teach agents about contracts, compliance, practical business, best practices, and prospecting. In 2024, I added a sister company that specializes in property management called Key Rents LLC. As a CEO, my duties include refining systems and process’, stream lining programs, recruiting and hiring, on-boarding, analyzing efficiencies, research and innovation implementation, managing, and compliance cooperation.
