I also played a key “champion for change” role during the implementation of MAXIMO, a new computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).► I personally created and delivered 300+ hours of process/MAXIMO training to 200+ field personnel. In doing so, I helped bring it from 4th quartile to 1st quartile pacesetter performance in just 4 years.
