Office Manager/Logistics Manager – Manage and oversee a team of 12 Professional Staging Associates, office, and logistics personnel. Contribute to daily team Alignment meeting and goal setting. Responsible for the timely scheduling of all Staging jobs including: delivery of inventory, arrival of staging team, photography, and pickup of all staged homes. Oversee warehouse procedures, including inventory, maintenance, and selection of staging items for each home, organization, and company vehicles. Maintain record keeping of each order and job process from beginning to end. Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees and sub-contractors and maintain personnel files. Oversee and maintain accounts receivable/payable invoices on a weekly basis. Create outgoing campaigns, and internal/external web forms within company CRM. Create and manage company SOPs. Provide weekly reporting of all payments and job completion. Provide verbal and written quotes as needed. Provide extensive customer care as needed throughout the staging process. Train all new team members including monthly ongoing training for all Professional Staging Associates. Public speaking and training through company owned association to other business owners.
