Responsible for monthly financial statements, analysis, and controller functions listed separately. Created a monthly PowerPoint presentation for the owners, which outlined trends from the balance sheet, income statement, and Work In Progress or WIP reports. I see the WIP as "predictive numbers," and through years of experience, I can analyze under/over billings (contract assets and contract liabilities) and show owners issues that need to be addressed. This presentation proved to be a great way to communicate the financial statements and something of which I am most proud.In addition, I have developed a method for internal auditing for a company that is not large enough and does not have the staff to have an internal audit department.
