I have testified in 30+ cases involving damages for infringement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights; trade secret misappropriation; Lanham Act issues; breach of contract; and other commercial disputes. My experience includes matters in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, software, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products, and many others. I was included in the IAM 1000 list of top patent professionals in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.I am the Co-Founder, former North American Lead, and former Executive Sponsor of Women@CRA, an Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to supporting our female colleagues as we navigate our careers and our lives.
