I am a physical therapist who has years of sales experience in medical device and occupation health sales who finally decided to work for myself. I have a unique clinical knowledge of stimulation and selling functional electrical stimulation (FES) and Neuro modulation devices for physicians, DTC and facilities. I also educate patients and clinicians on use of devices and benefits of NM/FES and provide in-services for new accounts and equipment.I am a self-motivated and driven person by nature. For much of my career, I contracted my services to businesses and individuals who had temporary, short term needs for which they cannot or do not desire to hire a full time employee. The shortage of available physical therapists in the state and nationwide causes many employers to need to fill gaps between hires or in other odd cases, such as when business has picked up temporarily. This has allowed me the unique opportunity to work in many settings and obtain a plethora of experience and knowledge that it would otherwise take an entire career to gain. In the past five years I have worked in the following settings: Outpatient (orthopedic, sports, and neuro), Occupational Health, Inpatient acute care, neurological rehabilitation, long term care, brain injury, spinal cord injury with or without ventilator dependency, and skilled nursing facility.The ability to work in a team environment in most any role is invaluable for my success, from the simple role of staff PT, to manager of one assistant, or leading multiple offices and managing full staff. Additionally, I have experience with billing practices and utilization from most every payer source available with a broad knowledge base of reimbursement requirements and proven track record of producing fully reimbursable treatments and services. Most recently I have added a broad base of sales experience and knowledge.
