Freedom Yoga is a virtual yoga studio supporting whole families on the path, no matter the form. The main inner wellness we address are inner child healing, reparenting, and radical self care. I am the founder, responsible for driving company purpose, leading and training teachers, creating community relationships, and executing service projects.
