I led and successfully executed the user interface and user experience design for several large-scale projects, from user flow mapping and wireframing to design, developer handoff, and handbook write-up. Most notably, I launched the Volkswagen Academy Suite, which is comprised of several fully responsive training and online learning platforms for Volkswagen dealership personnel, as well as a full UX strategy and UI recommendations for Bedrock Detroit. I also conducted several user research groups (virtual and in-person), and used those findings (coupled with client insights) to inform the UI and UX direction for several projects.
