At BBI, we provide a 4-month training program that combines classroom learning with hands on experience with a built in mentor. Whether you’re new to sales or bringing years of experience, we’ll set you up for success with logistics/operational training and a deep dive into our cradle-to-grave sales process. From there, you’ll take ownership of building and managing your own book of business while leveraging BBI’s resources to hit your goals.
