• Lead Administrator with responsibility for the sales office operations of the Sales Associates and their clients. The administrator must exercise discretion and independent judgment when manager is not present. Manages and is responsible for a variety of general administrative duties related to either the listing or sale side of the real estate transaction; performs and is fully responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks of operating the sales office; delegates tasks among administrative team when appropriate; runs and reconciles monthly management reports; takes initiative and is responsible for overseeing the work flow process in the sales office; assists with the retention of sales associates; required to attend company training sessions and Office Administration meetings and to be cross-trained in all aspects of office operations; identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; and accepts and performs assignments varying size and scope.
