Delivered technical and project management support for USG-funded projects related to agricultural markets, environment, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). Cultivated effective client and subcontractor relationships, supporting business development as lead cost proposal writer and coordinator for multiple successful proposals over $19M. Developed international consultant teams of 10+ and three direct reports to supervise operations across USAID portfolio.
