I’m a Learning and Development executive with extensive experience positioning organizations to meet long-term strategic goals. As the Chief Network Strategy Officer for Chiefs for Change, a national, bi-partisan network of state and district-level education leaders, I lead a program team of 10+ individuals and oversee the design and execution of the organization’s flagship leadership development initiatives. I have also been consulting and coaching in the areas of strategic planning, program design, and leadership development with Success Labs. I previously spent several years at Teach For America, leading L&D teams and learning design innovation in Southern Louisiana. My expertise lies at the intersection of strategic planning, program leadership, and coaching, and I’m particularly skilled at helping rapidly scaling organizations and executives solve problems related to empowering teams, building inclusive and human-centered systems, and training and accountability for managers.
