Life'sWork Yoga, hosted at Namaste Studios in Frederick, MD, offers face-to-face and virtual yoga practices, training, certification and coaching/mentoring. Kimberlyn earned her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership in addition to numerous certifications and trainings as a Yoga Therapist and Yoga Guide. Trainings include Thai Yoga Bodywork, Positional Therapy, Aerial Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Ayurveda for the Yoga Practice and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Kimberlyn has earned the Yoga Alliance credentials of E-RYT-500 and RPYT, as well as CEU provider and founder of 2 certified yoga schools (200 hr & Prenatal). Kimberlyn sees herself as a Companion Guide to Inspirational Living and offers support and direction to cultivate joy in the day-to-day. Kimberlyn teaches Transparent Alignment, a modern day philosophy of yoga, in her classes and coaching programs. Transparent Alignment cultivates clarity and courage for real vulnerability and accountability across life roles and responsibilities.
