And they scale at high velocity in the right setting. My soapbox? We will likely have to talk about this over mochi donuts. But the user experience of being a customer (any type of customer, from retail to business) is abysmal. I have helped solve the root cause of many organizational dysfunctions because silos refuse to communicate. The company is an organism. When the silos don't talk, the company gets sick. The cost of that sickness is overspending, bizarre team workflows, and disjointed tech that doesn't communicate or benefit the whole, but rather only helps a part. Ultimately, this translates into unhappy (disempowered) employees, which lead to unhappy customers. Which, we all have been on the receiving end of that unhappiness factor.I have partnered with stakeholders across many verticals from F-100 and midcap, to startup, across all personas. I get in the weeds. I learn. I move the needle. It's more fun to collaborate and empower than to dictate. Listening is key. Authenticity is vital. I come with a revenue toolbox that includes all of the necessary tools, from quota and territory development, establishing KPIs, hiring, and coaching, cross department collaboration, top tier sales enablement tool implementation and optimization.At the end of it it all, the latter (delivering brand health) solves for the former (growth). I love driving growth by surfacing technologies and processes that I know solve big problems. I love the act of cultivating the prospect relationship, and bringing real solutions to make clients' lives easier. I love seeing the result when my client's employees are empowered, their customers are happy, and the decision maker knows that the change was worth the risk.
