My journey began with a deep curiosity about human behavior, leading me to earn a degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Relations and Human Development. What I thought would be a temporary role in finance turned into a fulfilling 29-year career, including 22 years in executive sales. Throughout this time, I combined my psychological insights with a commitment to delivering world-class service.After retiring from finance, I embraced a new path in life coaching. Extensive training in positive psychology, with a focus on ADHD, inspired me to create Catalyst Forward Coaching, where I work with teens, college students, and adults to develop the skills and strategies to reach their potential. Additionally, I’m proud to serve as the President and Founder of Bright Bridge Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in need.My mission is simple: to help others unlock their best selves.
