At New Leaders Council, I manage a portfolio of 25 chapters around the country providingprogrammatic and operational support to the all-volunteer led local board. Each chapter conducts the six-month NLC Institute program that equips emerging leaders with skills to lead a non-profit, run for office, manage campaigns and create start-ups. I’m also the staff liaison for our alumni caucuses that provide alumni engagement opportunities for the graduates of the NLC Institute.

As Client Services Consultant, I provided service as the single point of coordination and managed all components of the move on behalf of the employee. I was specifically assigned to each employee through their relocation; also directly accountable and responsible for providing support the employee to ensure a successful transition. I also advocated for the employee and the corporate client to other groups at Cartus and outside suppliers.

As Associate Mobility Advisor: Managed and processed data entry of incoming relocation authorizations from clients. Conducted audits of data and general reporting and distribution responsibilities for operational functions. Inaugural Recipient of the “Andrew Award, given to associates that most exemplify Bristol’s Valued Behaviors. Transitioned to Mobility Advisor in January 2016.As Mobility Advisor II: Acted as the single point of coordination relocation services to transferees based on the client’s relocation policy. Services provided as Mobility Advisor II include home sale, home purchase/rental home finding, lease cancellation, and household goods movement. As Mobility Advisor II, I worked in the best interest of the transferee and client with the highest commitment of outstanding service delivery.

Provided support to the Development & Marketing Department by maintaining and creating new donor records. Also assisted with special events and volunteer management.
