I have a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement, which I developed from my education background in social work. I believe that clear and open communication is key to building strong relationships with project teams, clients, and partners, and ensuring that everyone is aligned towards a common goal. In my previous roles at Ecobank, I also gained experience in project governance and quality assurance, as well as continuous service improvement. I am comfortable working with a variety of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow in my field.
