• Pinheirinho Hyatt Golf & Beach Resort, Portugal Project Architect for interior scope of a five star resort on Portugal's coastline; Managing coordination of architecture & interior scope of apartments, guest rooms, spa & bathhouse, convention center, & main lobby and lounge. • Skidmore House, New York, NYComplete interior & exterior renovation of the town home built in 1845, which is on the National Landmarks registry. The Samuel Tredwell Skidmore House is a four story brick building. The exterior renovation includes research in restoring the building to its original nineteenth century facade. The interior architectural work includes ten contemporary apartments. Payne is a member of the creative team, oversees construction & communicates with clients, engineers, & contractors. • 2 Cooper Square, New York, NY2 Cooper Square is a 15 story brick & block mixed use development, including first floor & cellar retail space and 133 residential apartments. Architectural services include exterior shell & interior design, design development & coordination, and construction administration. Payne's responsibilities included spending 20hrs/week on site, working with the construction team.
