I have excellent judgement and am confident in my ability to make decisions. I set ambitious goals and I find it very motivating when I see progress towards making things happen. I also enjoy coaching and mentoring others and helping them succeed. This is something I am very passionate about: helping others reach their full potential.I love what I do in my work. I get to implement changes to outdated and antiquate processes which result in better overall service to our customers. I find this to be very rewarding. I am most proud of being the executive they send to fix any department that is having challenges. I have been recognized multiple times by my bosses and peers for my excellent leadership and my colleagues would describe me as an authentic bold and energetic leader that is both innovative and reliable. Moving forward, I want to continue to be challenged and to have professional growth opportunities, to be able to continue to mentor and develop others and to find solutions to departments and teams that are struggling.
