I am a Clinical Research Practitioner at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, where I manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials. I ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are met, and I collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees to facilitate the recruitment, screening, and follow-up of participants, as well as the collection, analysis, and reporting of data.I have a BSc in Psychology where I developed strong communication, organisation, and research skills. Prior to joining Moorfields, I worked as a Youth Mentor at City Year UK, where I supported young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to overcome academic and personal challenges. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of people through evidence-based interventions and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
