I enjoy coaching and mentoring others to help them develop business acumen, leadership skills, and define career path opportunities. When it comes to Customer Success my approach is to integrate with the customer team to understand their overall business objectives. It is key to complete a discovery process to understand their environment, technical needs, timeline, preferred communication and onboarding methods, and corporate culture. We then define a project plan to launch and implement services based upon customer goals. By tracking milestones and key performance indicators (KPI's) we are able to validate return on investment (ROI) through data driven results.The process of rolling out new services and supporting end users should be positive and frictionless. With proper planning and execution potential pain points can be mitigated, helping to ensure customer satisfaction. After all, if you are purchasing a solution for global deployment, you want to ensure your users can access and leverage services effectively. My goal is always to help customers achieve and even exceed their goals.
