As Owner I manage all business operations from marketing to vendor relations to finance and accounting.As Principal Interior Designer I lead all design projects from concept to installation. This includes, but is not limited to, concept and schematic design, furniture and equipment selection, color and materials selection, 2D & 3D CAD drawings (plans, elevations, details, custom designs), space planning, product research, client presentations, contract development, invoicing, purchasing, and building successful client, vendor and contractor relations. As a Senior Interior Designer at Snake River Interiors I managed multiple residential interior design projects from inception to completion. This included, but was not limited to, conceptual design, FF&E specification, expertise in color and materials, detail drawings, space planning, billing, delegating to and managing several junior designers, and building successful client, vendor and contractor relations. As Assistant Manager at Twenty Two Home, the retail showroom for Snake River Interiors, I managed 4+ employees, oversaw buying of several categories, and assisted in overall merchandising of the retail space.

As an Expert Witness and Interior Architectural Consultant I provided specialty services to well-known entities nationwide, including those in education (UCSD), commercial (Westfield Malls, Indian Wells Tennis Garden), hospitality (Nobel House Hotels, Panda Express), hospitals (UCI Medical Center), and legal firms (Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP). Managed teams of up to 10 individuals per project, often times from off-site. Managed aggregation of all data and presentations of data to clients. Provided recommendations for compliance improvement. Responsible for business operations such as hiring, and employee and contractor relations.
