I am a Certified Health Care Reform Specialist. In my current position I am responsible for understanding the Affordable Care Act and the execution of the tracking and reporting. I provide support to clients, advising them when to offer insurance to their full time and full time eligible employees through look back period and monthly measurement tracking in order to accomplish end of year IRS reporting of the 1095-C and 1094-C forms to avoid significant penalties. I am currently involved in the roll-out of the IRS filing AIRS system implementation and the scenerio testing. I am responsible for running all the sales demos to new clients, along with showing and discussing our broad range of services and solutions. I provide support to clients from on-boarding with new installations and setup to rolling out implementation such as data import file uploads along with managing the service teams and development teams. I also help organizations utilize and roll out tax credit programs such as the federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit program and Enterprise Zone tax credits to help offset significant costs such as Affordable Care Act, Workers' Comp and Unemployment that affect their bottom line.In my role I work with sales and service to identify other services MaxServices Group offers that could help our clients such as Unemployment services, On-boarding services and Applicant Tracking and Staffing Solutions.Additionally, as a Product Manager I am responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.In this capacity, I manage the automation direction of MaxServices Group's Open Source Enterprise Solutions Applications and Components.
