Each manager relied on me to track and log all contracts, deposits, and event documents. I was solely responsible for the planning and delivery of Bear Mountain’s three annual community events and provided support to the HR department in planning all internal events.I was the onsite project leader during the property’s transition from the Delphi catering system to Starwood’s Integrated Sales & Catering system (ISAC). I was responsible for the successful migration of all inventory items, event space, and historical booking data. I provided training and support to other departments, ensuring new system was easily adopted by all teams.
