About Kimberly Roohi, Ms

Not sure if you can tell from my work experiences, but I have a big heart for oncology! While conducting clinical trials, my cancer patients are top priority. In my current position, I'm easily known to be a Professional Problem Solver... it’s never smooth sailing in clinical research, because almost anything can (and will) happen! My passions are to foster collaboration, drive key outcomes, and improve workflow processes. Let me share a couple of personal examples below: 1) Created a comprehensive set of Standard Operating Procedures detailing the consent and enrollment process, scheduling, and source documentation for a clinical trial to promote team collaboration and for cross-coverage purposes 2) Updated REDCap databases for activated trials with little to no prior data entry, as well as compiled spreadsheets of missing adverse events data separated by treating physician to program data quality and integrity initiatives in the department 3) Trained new data coordinator on assigned clinical trials, providing extensive instruction on protocol timelines and overview, database needs, and point-of-contact to boost employee retention and set the standard for training and developmental workflows

Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Project Management, Research, Leadership, and 17 others.
