Serve on District Superintendent's Senior Leadership team.Provide counsel on a variety of complex issues to ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal laws, rules and regulations.Attend Board of Education meetings and consult with Directors on as-need basis.Recommend, draft and update District policies and Administrative Regulations.Assist with planning and implementation of legislation impacting the District.Supervise Employee Relations department.Contract with and oversee outside counsel as appropriate.
