Conduct all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle in behalf of client organizations and in support of internal business needs: Planning, Analysis and Requirements Determination, Design, Implementation, and Maintenance. Projects include web development, graphic design, video production, photography, database design and configuration of software applications for proposal management, contact management, time tracking, and other important functions. Client industries include real estate, business, church and ministry, cosmetology, and education (K-12 and university).Oversee business functions, such as development, marketing and advertising, project planning, and operations.Organize and execute various operational, strategic planning, and development activities.Manage the Internship Program, to include creating and posting job descriptions, interviewing and hiring interns, and overseeing their internships in order to ensure harmony with their academic objectives.

Teach traditional college students about computer hardware, software, the Systems Development Life Cycle, data modeling, flow charts, and other technology concepts in an in-seat course format. Maintain course site in Blackboard; develop and update course materials.CPSC 110: Introduction to Computing: Designed for students majoring in other than the computer sciences. Introduction to computers, their capabilities, limitations, and implications. Applications such as spreadsheets, presentation, multimedia, web page design and desktop publishing. Computer terminology, hardware and software organization. Upon completion of this course you should be able to approach problems with new tools and perspectives.

CIS121 Logic and Design: introduces students to programming fundamentals, environments, and planning tools. Topics include introductions to computer architecture, code translators, primitive data types, data organization, and flowcharting.CIS131 Database I: provides a fundamental overview of the values, concepts, principles, skills and techniques of modern database management systems and of database (data-driven) business application system development.CIS136 Storyboarding for Animation: introduction to web animation using the latest industry standard web animation software. The course will emphasize general animation techniques, storyboarding, timeline management, creating vector based graphics, and embedding animated graphic elements into web pages.CIS280 CIS Project II: specifically designed to support the overall CIS major and the student's selected concentration program by requiring the design of a project that encompasses objectives of the selected concentration.CIS282 Web Interface Design: provides the student with an understanding of web page creation using Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML). Conducted a thorough investigation of the use of the iPad in the classroom and developed an analysis of apps for various courses. Use of multimedia, storage, and mobile devices, networks, databases, and collaborative Internet technologies supporting work and academics.

Supported government clients and the consulting practice through project management, information architecture, strategic planning, and other consulting skills.Designed the initial concept for the US Intelligence Community Site: www.intelligence.gov. Prepared materials used to obtain senior-level authorization and endorsement for the project. Contributed to project management functions, including defining the management structure, project plan, and budget.Designed a Technology Enrichment Program to educate management consultants on information technology in order to enable more effective consulting on IT engagements, designed implementation strategy for the program, and developed an original model of the IT landscape, which could be used to structure training.Developed new employee orientation tools, documented techniques for increasing productivity through effective use of technologies.Represented EDS and the Consulting Practice through recruiting, interviewing, panel discussions, and a biographical interview published nationally in a corporate brochure.
