As the Executive Director of the National Consortium of Breast Centers, a 501(c)3, membership organization working to ensure patients receive quality care, no matter their location, I meet my passion of fighting breast cancer while caring for patients and creating a safe environment which preserves their humanity and meets their personal needs. NCBC utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to create patient focused care. Throughout my tenure, membership has grown by 11% and attendance at the annual conference by 53%. NCBC is working to unveil a new certification program in Risk Assessment in 2019.

KSI Medical Inc. President (2008 – 2012 sold the company)• Founded KSI Medical Inc. / KSI Wellness which grew to produce 3.3M in sales by year three, from a single employee / owner company. • Through passion and the ability to cultivate existing relationships, KSI built a network of over 4000 doctors, distributing Nutraceuticals through those doctors’ practices and private businesses. Physicians developed second streams of income through those networks.• Opened up distribution channels in Canada and Mexico, licensing products in both countries.• Executed Non- Profit fundraising programs through private schools, churches and health & wellness organizations.

DatCard Systems Inc. Director of Business Development & Medical Imaging (2006 – 2008)• Increased sales through the introductions of OEM partners.• Doubled Companies annual sales in two consecutive years.• Performed clinical research in conjunction with top hospitals related to the early detection of Breast Cancer.• Designed educational videos for women’s health, in the area of preventative wellness, related to Breast Cancer and Gynecology.• In charge of media/public relations which resulted in extensive positive media coverage boosting Annual Profits.• I traveled extensively, expanding and building awareness of the DatCard products through conventions and medical conferences.Note: Creator of the unique MammoSmart software that was customized for each patient and their experience and risk factors, enhancing optimal screening and preventative care. In addition, for those who were diagnosed with breast cancer, the disc was customized to individual patient needs. It played a part in bridging the gap between the breast center and the cancer center.

Responsible for strategic planning, operations, finance management, policy-making and fundraising for Hoag Breast Care Center and later all Hoag Outpatient Imaging CentersResponsible for 9 departments, 12 senior managers, 500 employees and 65 volunteers. • Involved in all aspects of the design and development of Hoag Breast Care Center including floor plan, equipment selection, paperless digital operations from check in to check out and all aspects of department operations and finance. The center has developed a national reputation as a center of excellence and is a model for integrated interdisciplinary care.• Improved the financial performance of all departments under my charge. Between 2003 and 2006 we achieved double digit volume growth annually while controlling expenses and improving service levels.• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop my team providing them the tools they need to succeed.
