•Work with all departments to create and control documentation such as: assembly procedures, quality procedures, and engineering documents.•Work with maintenance to gather appropriate information for bi-monthly and semi-annually DEP reporting.•Currently acting IT support.•Currently acting safety and environmental support.•Create and maintain several Excel files to log parts, drawings, Engineering Changes, Shop Orders, etc..•Work with outside testing facility to document the CE Certification of LEI equipment and create a Technical Construction File for LEI instruments.•Work with all departments to create and maintain controlled documentation.•Create and release job orders.•Update and maintain company website.•Provide computer training and support for all coworkers.

•Lead for the Product Data Management team for data in J.D. Edwards such as: Item Master; Item Branch; Cross Reference; Profile, UOM Conversions; Dimensions; Routings; etc.•Solely responsible for ECO (Engineering Change Order) and BOM (Bill of Materials) entry and updates within the J.D. Edwards system•Compose, edit, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Materials Management, Product Data Management, Inventory Control, Promotional, and Distribution departments

•Product Data Management for data in ManMan and Symix MRP systems such as: Item descriptions, revisions, routings, BOMs and ECO•Maintain databases and electroinc files to assist with interdepartmental data exchange.•Worked with various departments to compose accurate customer manuals for products.
