About Kimberly Iannelli

I am a Native Texan who has lived in Wisconsin, Massachusetts, South Africa, Qatar, Virginia, and now currently in the Appalachian Mountains of western North Carolina. I have been fortunate to work with leaders and volunteers in government, non-profit, and global Christian ministry spheres – and I have had the joy of working alongside the best and most humble people serving the most vulnerable among us – children – around the world. My passion is to see children – all 2 billion of them – thriving and protected. I long to see children respected and recognized as the important people that they are. I want all children to have plenty of nutritious food to eat and ample clean water to drink. And access to education. And so much more. Currently, I lead global programs focused on children for a large international nonprofit. I am blessed to work with the best people and oversee strategy, program design, training, coaching, and evaluation of global standards for ministry programs implemented in more than 90 countries. I have the privilege of traveling the world and designing programs that are framed by global standards and best practices but flexible enough within that framework to work in the various cultures around the world. I love the beauty of the world’s cultures and people.I thrive on the energy and inspiration that comes from collaborating with others, bringing diverse opinions and ideas to the table and finding common ground, ways to move forward together. I want to understand the stories – of the people, the projects, the places we are working, the vision – so I can connect the dots of past to present to future. I am grateful to live in a time when global travel is accessible, and I have taken advantage of this as much as possible to get to know the people and cultures of the world: Argentina, Australia, Austria, the Bahamas, Belarus, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Fiji, France, Germany, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, South Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mexico, Micronesia, Myanmar, Namibia, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, Senegal, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Suriname, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City. I can't wait to add the next country.
