I have a passion for professional development, sales, and leadership and as part of the Enterprise Holdings team for 20 years I am given the opportunity to work with amazing leaders and help develop new ones. Expanding my network and further developing the wonderful partnerships I have with the local colleges and local community organizations is essential to my success. It also allows me to do what I love the most- assist students and aspiring professionals with their development and educate them on opportunities a career in our sales management training can provide them, just like it did for me. I started my Enterprise career in 1996 in the Management Training Program and earned many promotions in Management prior to promoting into Talent Acquisitions. As a Sales Manager I trained and developed many employees while running and growing a profitable customer driven business. During my tenure as a Talent Acquisition Manager, I have focused on being a strategic and innovative talent acquisition leader while building and strengthening the relationship between Enterprise and New Hampshire’s Colleges and Universities. I currently sit on the Board of Advisors for Enactus at Colby Sawyer College, the Business Advisory Board at Colby Sawyer College; the Sales Advisory Board at Plymouth State University, the Business Advisory Board at Rivier University and am a Corporate Partner with St Anselms College & the UNH Sales Center of Excellence. I am an Executive officer on the Board of Trustees at Pinkerton Academy, a member of NACE and routinely speaks to college classes, organizations and groups. Prior to my tenure at Enterprise, I was a sales representative at The Berry Company in Baton Rouge, LA. My interests include long distance running, cycling, hking, golf, boating and skiing. I am very proud of my children and husband and know my successes at Enterprise have allowed me to have a fantastic life.
