I truly love what I do; for me it is an avocation, not simply a career. My goal is to be an expert resource, continually learning and growing, to improve the lives of those around me. Whether I am marketing a medical device, designing patient profiles for pharmaceutical therapies, or crafting a system that alleviates burdens while meeting regulatory demands, I seek to provide solutions that assist the surgical unit, improve patient outcome, and decrease risk while reducing costs.Some highlights of my experience range from becoming a successful entrepreneur at an early age; creating & distilling scientific research that a prominent chemical company used to develop their products; writing comprehensive manuals for corporations in the areas of operations, human resources, auditing, customer service, marketing, and management, as well as employee handbooks and specific technical manuals; building infrastructure in growing businesses, including new departments, systems of compliance and record keeping from the ground up; securing preceptorships and internships in diverse areas in order to see all sides of a business and fuel unique innovations; to earning the trust of physicians, hospitals and staff who have provided me with many special opportunities, including the honor of scrubbing in on surgical procedures.
