Created fund development plan, identifying 25 new funding sources. Implemented inaugural Giving Tuesday campaign. Raised over $46K through grant proposals.

My role was to obtain financial support for the early days of this educational institution. Starting from a small base, I conducted research and created a mailing list with 600+ donor leads. I secured donors who had never funded a private Christian school before. I also recruited people to volunteer time and donors for in-kind supplies to help remodel and retrofit the facility. Donors included individuals, churches and local businesses and private foundations. Organized three annual galas, doubling number of attendees and net proceeds over prior events.Compiled databases for annual mail campaigns. Resulted in postage cost reduction of $1.5K and increased revenue of $12K.Negotiated in-kind printing of promotional materials, saving over $25K annually.
