The Human Resource Director is responsible for performing all HR-related duties for the Skirack, Patagonia Burlington and Vermont Trailwear. This position carries out responsibilities associated with the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, regulatory and employment law compliance. Other duties for this position include the management of all AR transactions as day to day administration for the office.
