• Staff Team for the development of a strategic Information Technology Strategy and an e-Government Strategy.
• Led the upgrade of the entire City cable system construction and negotiated new Mobile Home Accords.
• Liaison for Council Committees, including Telecommunications, Animal Services, and the School Districts.

• Managed the complete administration of the redevelopment agency/housing and community development program for low-income housing rehabilitation and community park clean-up for the block grant-funded (CDBG) “Neighbors.
