• Founded Connected Web Marketing to deliver technical & marketing advisory and consulting services for Cisco Live (CL)—Cisco's customer training and networking event. Responsibilities include: digital brand.
• Co-led (strategy, planning, process) and led (platform and vendor selection, user experience design, digital brand implementation and platform team management) the Cisco Live 2020 pivot from in-person event to award.
• Champion platform strategy and technical implementation for four annual global events delivering premier education and training to over 35K onsite attendees and over 400K live views online.
• Liaise with global marketing teams across Latin America, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand to determine regional requirements and define the online experience for annual regional CL events.
• Create marketing strategy and manage execution of lead nurturing (online and email) for the on-demand content audience, converted hundreds of virtual (free) site registrants into in-person (paying) event attendees.
• Conceptualized a pay-per-click campaign that generated $143K from a $1.4K spend for CL’s 2014 U.S. event.

• Conceptualized and executed strategy to reimagine the annual in-person customer event as a paid and partner-sponsored virtual event during the 2009 financial crisis, resulting in 250% increased attendance and extremely.
• Introduced social media to Planview, beginning with the creation of a companywide strategy and approach; mentored executives on social media presence and launched company blogs.

Pioneered blogging strategy and podcasting site (i.e., TalkBMC) to inspire PR attention and enable BMC experts to directly reach customers. Served as an early leader in launching one of the first B2B podcasting sites, envisioning and implementing a CIO-targeted portal featuring thought leadership interviews from tech company CEOs. Directed the web team.

Launched career as a Webmaster/Information Specialist for the University of Florida (1992-1999), building one of the first web sites for the University.
