He agreed to the idea and Kimberly ran with the positions and filled them in a very short amount of time. We decided to transition more and more openings to her and she would run circles around the other two seasoned recruiters that worked there. She was finally promoted to a Recruiter I position and continued to excel in this role during the duration of her time within the organization. Kimberly is an extremely dedicated and self-motivated recruiter. What she lacks in experience, she makes up two-fold with her positive attitude, her ability to pick up new skills quickly and willingness to get the job done. I am certain that she would be an asset to any organization that she is a part of."
