Manages all incoming new and revised manuscript submissions for The Anatomical Record. The Journal receives more than 1,000 total submissions per year. Oversees product management over Special Issues and Thematic Papers; manages AR finances; manages communications through department social media venues; distributes final products to contributors; maintains ScholarOne database and reporting; attends annual international Board Meetings.

Responsible for daily reconciliation of previous day’s sales from phone and web orders. Oversee all web channel orders and ensure low error rate . Maintained Accounting and Monthly commission report. Address customer product questions and resolve issues. Process orders and returns. Assist supervisor with establishing new and/or improving departmental processes. Conduct new hire and enhancement training.

Planning and deployment of all company functions including contract negotiations with vendors. Maintain budget. Major events include quarterly luncheon and annual Corporate Summer party (over 1000 attendees). Lead activities for various corporate wide specialty events such as blood drives and fundraisers. Data entry and internet research. Document creation and filling for various departments. Assisted the Communications, Business Continuity Process and Security Manager with corporate door badges and internal phone programming.

Tracked PO’s and coordinated with Accounts Payable. Kept running count of budget. Monthly tracking of labor and material variance.

Responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls. Greeted and assisted all guests. Controlled the Mailroom and responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies.
