• Build and foster relationships with institutional leaders (Chancellors, Presidents, Provosts, Vice Presidents of Academic Affairs, CTL Directors, etc) to strategically align campus initiatives to faculty development opportunities. • Provide leadership related to strategic planning with institutional partners pertaining to assessment. • Effectively communicate with institutional stakeholders about outcomes of partnership.

• Made faculty development accessible to all faculty - full-time, part-time, and adjunct – by innovating online programming and bringing more development opportunities to the faculty teaching spaces. • Established a culture of collegiality by addressing faculty needs through the development of an internal teaching and learning conference and establishment of faculty learning communities. • Advocated the recognition of adjunct faculty (45% of our teaching faculty) through challenging college committee bylaws to include adjunct representation and promoting the establishment of annual awards for adjunct teaching and scholarship. • Developed assessment for programming to collect data on faculty satisfaction, achievement of strategic goals, and institutional impact. • Developed and maintained relationships with faculty across disciplines to promote collaboration on developmental programming and among faculty teaching and scholarship. • Established visibility external to the institution through active participation in national organizations, attending conferences, and maintaining strong connections with colleagues across the nation.

• Increased course evaluation scores and student outcomes for the Interprofessional Education program by applying pedagogies for online learning, group work, and metacognition to the entire undergraduate IPE curriculum. • Maintained the most consistent adjunct teaching team across the institution through collaborative leadership. • Grew the nation’s only large-scale interprofessional education simulation, representing the continuum of care from critical care to rehabilitation care, which included three institutions, ten health professions programs, and over 300 student participants.
