In my global career as a hybrid professional, I have combined my business acumen, personable professional demeanor, and industry-specific expertise to support or lead programs and initiatives for governments, companies, and NGOs in over a dozen countries. I currently focus on WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene), environmental resource management, and global public health.Today, I leverage this diverse international experience as a consultant to improve operational performance, reporting, capacity, data management, and communications for projects and organizations. I develop M&E systems/data architecture, evaluate private sector participation and finance mechanisms, and develop or review business models for feasibility, including for results-based financing. I also analyzed the data, verified performance results for payments, presented reports on program effectiveness for stakeholders across the city, and provided information to the press. While managing performance on a quantitative level, I also managed the program qualitatively with program teams in the field. I developed best practices that could optimize program performance and community impact. My team and I showed evidence of the program's success successfully; within the first year, Congress earmarked $25 million to expand the program beyond the city.
