• Work with internal stakeholders (departments and campuses) to develop and execute plans for marketing, branding and communication needs and projects including budget requirements• Help Senior Director plan and execute external marketing strategies and messaging• Assist graphic designer to create concepts and content for major projects, including website, brochures, presentations, and other assorted marketing communication pieces.• Maintain branding standards for the network• Implement processes and strategies to help simplify and improve communication• Manage and develop special marketing projects as well as research projects as allocated• Facilitates content for the organization’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter channels, maintain a social media calendar, and respond as appropriate to comments• Work with the communications team to develop and execute creative strategies for leveraging social media to improve our brand, increase organization awareness, and support our strategic marketing initiatives• Place paid social media advertising as needed, including developing key target audiences, optimizing budget dollars and monitoring activity and outcomes• Coordinate story development within Uplift schools and develop media lists for pitches• Work with Stakeholder Coordinator to execute effective and consistent communication to parents • Assist communications team with writing, and Spanish translations• Create and execute a Public Relations plan for the network• Research and apply for award opportunities • Analyze and determine top trends in education for PR strategies• Voice of the network in English and Spanish TV and Radio interviews
