* Provided strategy, sales, marketing and consultancy services to set-up their NetworkiQ division.* Implemented a new digital marketing strategy for the Maser Group which includes overseeing the development of a new website, CRM based email campaigns and Wordpress landing pages with calls to action. These campaigns have increased traffic to Maser’s website.

• I undertook a long-term part-time (~3-4 days per week) consulting assignment with the Maser Technology Group with the brief to move the company into new markets and help manage key accounts:
• Set-up Maser’s NetworkiQ division that in 3 years has become their largest division on turnover and profit.
• Transformed Maser’s thinking and approach to service from a cost centre with a turn-over of $350K to a profitable division of the company that now has the highest gross margins, represents nearly 20% of total turnover.
• Conducted a review of over 30 supply partners, organised them into 4 complementary and simplified groups, and helped developed new business strategies for each.
• From 2010 to 2013 I was responsible for key account management of the VHA account. During this time I negotiated a new Master Supply Agreement (MSA) and achieved over A$6M in RF antenna sales in 2011 (a four-fold.
• Signed several new suppliers and rebuilt Maser’s deteriorating relationship with existing suppliers that has resulted in over $15M in sales since 2011.

Sydney / Singapore

• Re-launched Telsis (www.telsis.com) in Asia Pacific and increased turnover from less than 5% to over 20% of global revenue. Achieved over 25% of global sales through our channel partner Ericsson. Telsis’ Best.
• Overall responsibility for selling, delivering and supporting Telsis messaging and voice switching solutions to Asia Pacific customers that included PowerTel (Australia), Warid (Pakistan and Bangladesh), TelstraClear.
• Successfully managed the Australian and Singapore subsidiaries of Telsis. From 2009 I reported directly to the Chairman of the Telsis Group in the UK and I was the only overseas staff member appointed to the ‘Cadre’ –.

• Set up the Racal Instruments division in Australia which became one of their largest and most successful markets for GSM mobile phone and base station test systems in the world.
• Achieved major contracts with Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, Alacatel and Ericsson.
