Made redundant six weeks after being relocated from Perth to Sydney to manage a company within the Group called Waterproofing Technologies Pty Ltd suppliers of the waterproofing products to Polyseal companies and other applicators !

To promote the use of Dramix steel fibres for use in concrete for Kingspan composite steel decks as an alternative to mesh reinforcement. To maintain and develop existing traditional business for Steel Fibre Reinforce Concrete and to develop the sales and market acceptance of Dramix solutions for the residential and light commercial/industrial markets supplied through the Readymix concrete industry. Management of six Concrete Technicians carrying out QC testing of concrete and raw materials produced by the regions concrete production plants, quarries and pits.

Training and managing local staff in the production and application of light weight sprayed structural concrete for use in Low cost housing.
