Based in Cordova, TN at a "satellite" office of Sara Lee, while traveling frequently to headquarters in Chicago, IL and other plant sites throughout the country, from CA to PA to MS. Managed and developed tax professionals. Prepared and reviewed federal income tax returns for domestic subsidiaries of Sara Lee. Developed and implemented tax planning strategies across many subsidiaries. Involved in deferred tax analysis and R&D credit research and documentation.
