I have worked on a number of major transformation programmes for leading organisations both across the UK and globally. I am experienced in innovative engagement, strategic communications and e2e change management. I have also worked closely with a number of senior executives and leadership teams to help shape their ambitions and activate their strategies. I am skilled in stakeholder management and I have a natural ability to connect, challenge and drive results across all levels of an organisation and stakeholder groups. I am passionate about building diverse and inclusive environments where individuals and teams can flourish – I pride myself on being a coach, mentor and trusted advisor to the executives and individuals I work with.I am a passionate mum, wife, daughter, sister and friend. As a hard-working mum in business, I believe in ‘making it all work together’ and modelling the kind of behaviors I want to see in the work place. I encourage and empower others to do the same. My two girls keep my husband and I on our toes – I am an avid finger painter and a craft, glitter and sparkles expert.
