- Facilitate and input data into Vizient ODB database for nationwide operational benchmarking and internal comparisons- Analyze operational and clinical benchmarking data used to measure and set goals for improving performance- Prepare and deliver decision support reports (both clinical and quality related) to both internal and external customers- Collaborate with ITS, clinicians, and quality personnel to ensure proper utilization of the clinical, quality, and operations data- Utilize comparative data to identify performance improvement opportunities and drive labor and expense management improvements

- Utilize Lean Six Sigma techniques to manage and facilitate improvement projects. - Analyze and present data related to productivity, operational cost, patient satisfaction and process time observations.- Coordinate with surgical service-line managers and directors in the development and execution of financial scorecard corrective action plans to sustain established benchmarks. - Recommend solutions to process problems that are aligned to the organization's strategic goals.- Build positive working relationships between Operational Excellence and the health service organizations to foster consistent and significant growth of a Lean Six Sigma culture. - Train, mentor and coach Yellow Belt and Green Belt candidates throughout the certification process.- Contribute to national recognition of Texas Health Dallas improvement initiatives through the development of project White Papers.
